You can secure ready-to-work staff without directly hiring them.

In the case of direct employment, your company handles recruitment, applicants, interviews, etc.. With our temporary staffing, we will arrange staff according to your needs.
Since the employment agency is a temporary staffing company, we will also handle all insurance/Benefit enrollment procedures.
In addition, if you only need staff for a certain period of time, such as during busy periods or until vacancies are filled, you can secure short-term staff by using temporary staffing service.

Scheduled introduction dispatch

Arrangement of temporary staff based on direct employment配

Until we propose staff to your company, the flow is the same as for temporary staffing, but the temporary staffing period is limited to a maximum of 6 months.
After that, it is assumed that they will be transferred to your company’s direct employment (employment type will be determined by your company).

Outsourcing the handling of employee applications

We can outsource the application process and the first interview that would otherwise be done in-house, and your company has the right to decide on the final interview and whether or not to accept the offer.

Since it is a success fee type, there is no cost until the hiring is decided, and if the employee leaves the company early, the introduction fee is around 30% to 50%, which can reduce costs (referral fees in the case of early separation are mutual). (Determined by agreement between parties)

Staff follow-up system
